What Would You Choose?

Today is a good day for trying something different. Instead of another list, let's play a game in our journal. I am sure you are all familiar with "Would You Rather?".  There are a ton of different versions based on personal choices. Some are simple and every day others are complete fantasy. Ultimately, it reveals something interesting or funny about the people who are playing. You might find out that your mother-in-law really doesn't like broccoli or that your cousin thought about being an astronaut. I am going to give you a few questions to answer in your journal that might lead you somewhere unexpected. Don't take it seriously.  Just answer quickly and see where your thoughts lead.

                Would You Rather...

Go to the aquarium or a farm?

Take a portrait or landscape photo?

                                                                        Grow flowers or vegetables?

Drive across the country along the southern or northern

                                                                            route?

Spend time in the dessert or a forest?

Visit a science center or living history museum?

                                                                        Collect rocks or coffee mugs?

Watch zombie movie or a Pixar film?

Take a class in geometry or philosophy?

Paint your room a deep green or a light beige?

Experience a rainy spring or fall?

Watch a storm roll in over the mountains or the sea?

Stay up late or get up early?

Enjoy a completely new food or a twist on an old favorite?

Ride a rollercoaster or a flume?

Attend an outdoor concert or play?

Go somewhere to rest or see as much as possible?

Spend an hour alone or with others?

Well, these questions gave me a vacation vibe. I'd love to go looking for some sea glass on the beach. But for now, I am also inspired to plan a quilt. Where did these thoughts send you?
